Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the ship date (except where noted in product description), and we will be happy to replace it or issue a refund (not including shipping and handling). Returning Digital Items
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, we cannot offer refunds on digital goods (Kindle Books, PDFs) once they are downloaded on a computer. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
Returning Damaged/Defective Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please call us at 1-800-472-5425 or e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Shipping and Handling
We strive to ship orders within one business day (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. (EST) will typically be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday (excluding holidays).
Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time. Please note that we cannot ship animal treats outside of the United States.
