If you prefer to order by phone, call us 9 am-5 pm, EST, Monday - Friday to talk to one of our knowledgeable Customer Service representatives. Our number is 1-800-472-5425. Please have your credit card available. You can also call us if you have any questions about the products we offer, or need help selecting the right product for you and your pet.

Return Policy

All KPCT purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the ship date and we will be happy to replace it or issue a refund (not including shipping and handling). Please note that all products are subject to price change and availability.

To ensure credit, please return product in resellable condition, in original packaging (if applicable), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Returning Damaged/Defective Items

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please call us at 1-800-472-5425 or e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Shipping and Handling

We strive to ship orders within one business day (Monday-Friday).

Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. (EST) will typically be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday (excluding holidays).

Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time. Please note that we cannot ship animal treats outside of the United States.

Delivery Rates

We are pleased to offer a low flat rate charge of $5.00 for orders shipped within the continental US. Items over 10 lbs or bulk orders of 75 pieces or more will incur an additional fee.

For orders to Canada and other international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that pertain to your order.
