Shipping:
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders generally leave our facility within 2 business days of order date. Expedited orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time normally ship the same day. Longer transit windows for international orders may add to expected delivery times.
Exceptions to this shipping schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season.
How long do custom clickers take to ship?
Custom i-clicks take approximately 3 to 6 weeks to produce and ship.
Custom box clickers take approximately 2 to 5 weeks to produce and ship.
How long can I expect to wait for an international order to arrive?
Depending on the country, international orders may require extra time to clear customs. These timelines are dependent on the destination country, the carrier you choose, and the items that were ordered. If you have a country-specific question, please reach out to us at sales@clickertraining.com.
How can I reduce my shipping costs?
US Shipping Addresses (excluding AL, HI, PR):
Products located on this page ship free when the order value is at least $59. This threshold is subject to change. If your intended order includes items that are not eligible for free shipping, place those ineligible items as a separate order.
International Shipping Addresses:
Bulky or heavy items such as buoy targets, lollipop targets or certain books may drive up shipping costs for your order. Try moving these items into a separate order. You may also consider using a freight-forwarding service to reduce costs. If you still need assistance or have a country-specific shipping question, please reach out to us at sales@clickertraining.com.
Returns
All KPCT purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the ship date (except where noted in the product description). We will be happy to replace the product or issue a refund (less shipping and handling). Please note that all products are subject to price changes and availability.
To return this merchandise, please contact customer service at 1-800-47-CLICK to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once you receive your RMA number, please discard all promotional materials and ship merchandise to:

Please include a copy of this packing slip and reference the RMA(Return Merchant Authorization) number. To ensure credit, product must be in resalable condition, in original packaging (if applicable), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Refunds will not be issued without the RMA number. Restocking fee may apply.
Video On Demand
I paid for one year/lifetime access, but when I click on a video it brings me to a purchase page.
Visit https://video.clickertraining.com/ and sign in to your account.
Once you have signed in, you will be able to see your videos by scrolling down to the "My Library" section. Click on the video you would like to watch.
Once you are on the video page, you will see your videos in a list on the right-hand side. Click on any of the videos you see in this list and the video will play right through the website.
How can I upgrade to lifetime access?
Lifetime access upgrades are only available for a short time following our ClickerExpo LIVE! events. Upgrades that are ordered sooner are also cheaper than waiting!

Sales and Promotions
How do I apply a discount code?
If you would like to apply a Promo Code to your purchase, enter the code in the box labeled "Gift Card or Discount Code" during check-out and click "Apply." Only one (1) Promo Code may be used per transaction. Promo Codes may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or coupons and are only applicable for the category being promoted. Promo offers are valid while supplies last and do not apply to returns, previously placed orders, or orders canceled due to out-of-stock merchandise. We are unable to issue refunds for unclaimed discounts.
What items are excluded from sales and promotions?
Exclusions include all Blue-9 products, Custom Clickers, Gift Cards, Bulk Clickers, Video on Demand, and Karen Pryor Academy courses, and any other items that are already deeply discounted.

Audiobooks
How can I listen to my audiobook?
Once purchased, you will receive an email from Karen Pryor Clicker Training with a link to access your audiobook. You can listen to your audiobook directly from the Internet browser on any computer, tablet, or mobile device. You may also listen offline via the AweSound app (available in the Apple Store or Google Play Store).
Puppy Start Right
I completed the Puppy Start Right for Instructors course and want to receive discounted Puppy Start Right books. How do I get my discount?

Certified Training Partner Discounts
I am a KPA CTP and am not seeing my discounts when I am logged in to the store. Can you help me?
Absolutely. If you are not seeing your discounts, send us an email at sales@clickertraining.com and we will activate your account to ensure that you receive the appropriate discounts.

Training Treats FAQ
Do I need to refrigerate your treats?
No. They are shelf stable.
What is the shelf life of the treats?
Unopened treats stay fresh for up to 18 months. Once opened, we recommend that they are used within 6 months and stored in a cool area, out of sunlight.
Do you ship treats internationally?
At this time Karen Pryor Training Treats are only available to our US customers, but we hope to offer them internationally in the future! You can stay up to date with the latest KPCT offerings by signing up for our email newsletter or following us on social media.
How can I purchase bulk or wholesale?
We offer several different bulk quantities of our training treats for both retail and wholesale customers. Bulk options are available on our product page. Please see our Authorized Reseller Program page for more information about applying for reseller pricing.
