When do I get my 1,750 points (35% off coupon)?
You’ll earn 1,750 points — enough for a 35% off coupon — when someone you’ve referred makes a purchase using your referral link during the month of November. You can check available points at any time by accessing your account via the "Click!Rewards" tab on the bottom right of the store homepage.

Successful referrals this month earn our highest bonus points. To make the most of the promotion, encourage your friends to shop during November!

How Do I Redeem/Use Points?
To redeem points, log into your existing account at the KPCT store.

Click on the purple "Click!Rewards" tab in the bottom right of your screen to view your points balance and select your reward. If you have signed up for email communications, your redemption code will be displayed in the widget after selecting "Redeem." Points are deducted from your total points balance when you claim a reward, and are redeemed by applying the corresponding redemption code during checkout.

A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem a reward.

Are wholesale customers and resellers able to earn or redeem points?
Wholesale customers and resellers are not eligible to participate in the Click!Rewards program through their wholesale or reseller account, but may collect and redeem points on retail purchases by creating a personal account.

Do the points and coupons I earn expire?
Points do not expire as long as the program is in place, provided you remain an active member of the program. An active member is defined as someone who has placed at least one order every 12 months, based on the anniversary date of their program enrollment. If you have not placed an order within this timeframe, you are not considered an active member, and your loyalty account will be deactivated. If your account is deactivated, you can rejoin the program; however, lost points will not be reactivated. The coupon codes received when you redeem a reward expire within one year.

Is there a maximum number of loyalty points that can be redeemed at once for a coupon? And, may coupons be combined with each other or with other offers?
At this time, 1,750 points is the maximum that can be redeemed at once with a 35% off coupon on this collection. You can continue earning points toward additional coupons for future purchases.
